We are a payroll company that has a mission to help long-term contractors across Australia manage their income through increased knowledge, understanding, trust and engagement with real people who give a damn.
We began helping contractors 13 years ago after our founder, Christine, witnessed many contractors disempowered by payroll providers who saw them as simply a number.
Here at Bookssorted, we put people first. We pride ourselves on being large enough to handle all of your payroll needs, and small enough to know your name when you call.

In addition to helping contractors with their payroll needs, we have a strong commitment to health and wellbeing and corporate social responsibility.
As a growing business in the Canberra community, we continue to maintain a focus on supporting the community that supports us. As such, we are a proud supporter of Lifeline Canberra, Epilepsy Action Australia and other local charities.
I started Bookssorted more than 13 year’s because I wanted to provide contractors with a payroll service that put them first.
My background in administration, marketing, sales and finance gave me a great grounding for starting and growing Bookssorted to the fast growing organisation it is today.
As a certified BAS Agent I love finance and compliance. And as a business owner and leader, I round this out with a genuine passion for helping people.
I currently volunteer and raise funds for charities including Lifeline Canberra and Epilepsy Action Australia, and I mentor women in business and women returning to work from adversity, to empower them to thrive.
